This work is about creating a sense of wonder to our soil and nurturing a deeper sense of connection with and love for nature. Being in nature creates a deep and unmovable sense of belonging as we realise we are part of it not apart from it.’

About Holly Sandiford

I have been working as a socially engaged artist for the past twenty years and currently co-direct ArtatWork CIC, a non-for-profit that runs arts, nature, and heritage projects to improve wellbeing.

I am wonderstruck by the infinite nature and vastness of space and how, at the same time, the soil we take so much for granted, teems with life. I am currently using the medium of analogue and alternative photography to explore this phenomenon.
